Julia Barrott is a Research Fellow at SEI, Knowledge Manager for the global weADAPT knowledge sharing platform for climate change adaptation and related issues hosted, and assists the Head of Knowledge Management at SEI. She joined SEI's Oxford Centre in December 2015.

Julia’s work blends capacity building, research and tool development to advance climate services, knowledge management and knowledge brokering for climate action. She is involved in the SDC-funded Adaptation at Altitude (A@A) programme wherein she is suporting the development of the A@A Solutions Portal, which provides easy access to detailed information on transferable and scalable tried and tested adaptation solutions for mountain regions. Julia holds a DPhil in Earth Sciences.
